오사카 신사이바시 야경 (大阪心斎橋の夜景)

Edited by Leun Kim

I was born and raised in Daegu, S. Korea. I majored in electronics and math in Seoul from 2007 to 2012. I've had a great interest in math since freshman year, and I studied PDE in Osaka, Japan from 2012-2014. I worked at a science museum and HUFS from 2014 in Seoul. Now I'm studying PDE in Tokyo, Japan. I also developed an interest in music, as I met a great piano teacher Oh in 2001, and joined an indie metal band in 2008. In my spare time, I enjoy various things, such as listening music, blogging, traveling, taking photos, and playing Go and Holdem. Please do not hesitate to contact me with comments, email, guestbook, and social medias.

  • I’m a math student living in Daegu. I’m enjoying your blog. I’m surprised to find Lotteria in Japan! BTW, how should I study Japanese? I’ve heard the LC(Listening Comprehension) is quite important so I bought a few Japanese LC texts. but I cannot understand any of it. (except for a few English words) Is there any better way? 그리고 sos440님과 leunkim님이 제 역할 모델입니다. :) 이제 고등학교 진학도 생각해 봐야 해서 kim님이 나오신 경북고를 봤는데 같은 1학군이라서 좋아했는데 너무 멀군요;;

    • Thank you for visiting my blog. Since I cannot speak Japanese well, I cannot give some useful advice for you. But as all the other foreign languages, you can improve Japanese as much as you spend time to study. First familiarize yourself with vocabulary and the basic grammar, this may be helpful for the listening.

      PS. I do not recommend Kyungbuk high school if you want to study 😉

    • Thank you. BTW, I’m currently occupying http://www.leunpark.com domain, will this be alright? Even the nick name sounds similar and I’ll change it if you find it disturbing. I haven’t done much yet as you can see, but it’ll be the start of a blog on my spare time. I should have asked in advance before occupation and I do apologise for a late notice.

    • It’s OK, you can use that nick name if you like! But you should know that foreigners may not pronounce ‘leun’ precisely. In fact I use ‘leun’ since this is my nick name ‘김른’ in the real world 😛

    • 진심으로 감사합니다! 나중에 수학계에서 만나길 바랄게요. 😛 영어실력이 달려서 대화가 어렵네요. 마무리는 한글로!ㅋㅋ
